Nick was amazing in helping design and create my fiancé’s engagement ring using diamonds from her Grandmothers rings to create something unique and sentimental. We are so happy with the finished product and Nick was engaging, supportive and providing expert insight throughout. Nick helped us with an emergency where my fiancée’s engagement ring broke a week before our wedding! He came to our house, consulted and took the ring away. Amazing service from Nick! I contacted him about having my bracelet altered and received a very quick response. He collected it from my house the same day, had the alteration completed by first thing the next morning, and returned it to me that evening. The whole process was incredibly convenient, professional, and efficient. I'm really pleased with the result and will definitely be using him again for any future jewellery needs. I found Nick online as my engagement ring was too small and I needed to have it adjusted. Nick picked it up from my house and took my ring size, then messaged me later the same day to say it was ready. He dropped it back to my office the next day. Nick was very quick, trustworthy and reliable and I was really happy to have my ring back so quickly. The cost was also very reasonable. Brilliant have seen nick mentioned so many times with recommendations for a jeweller! Nick is an extremely skilful jeweller who has made , as a surprise, the most beautiful eternity ring for me.  The craftsmanship is exquisite and his attention to detail is exceptional.  Having been given the dimensions of my wedding band and engagement ring, he was able to design and make a ring that not only sits perfectly with them but also compliments them both too.  I am also very grateful to him for being able to resize my wedding band and for cleaning both my rings so that all three now sparkle together.
